Off-Season Rates (same price every night)

Three Bedrooms: $165
Four Bedrooms: $215 Ponderosa & Grand: $275 |
– RV camping spots with Full Hookups are $35 per night.
***NOTE: Weekday Special (Sundays thru Thursdays only)– Rent any two weekdays nights, get the 3rd night for ½ price!
– Rent any three weekdays nights, get a 4th night FREE!
Policies:
2 NIGHT MINIMUM
CHECK-IN is 4 pm (Early check in is 3 pm if your cabin is ready)
CHECK OUT is at 11 am
DEPOSIT is one nights stay
CANCELLATION FEE is $50 non-refundable
CANCELLATION DEADLINE is 30 days to recover your deposit minus $50
No Smoking allowed in the Cabins and No Pets allowed at the resort.
Breaking these rules will result in a $200 fine and cancellation of your stay.
Visitors who come to the property to visit Resort Guests and use the Resort facilities will be charged a day-use fee.
ITEMS PROVIDED: Sheets, pillows, bath towels, pots, pans, tableware, toaster, coffee maker,
Direct TV, DVD, fridge, microwave, stove, some outdoor chairs.
ITEMS TO BRING: Beach towels, coffee, filters, charcoal, lighter, lawn chairs.
